The M.Sc. / Ph.D first semester final examinations for the academic year (2019-2020) started on Sunday 19-1-2020. The department head (Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan J. Hassan) accompanied by Scientific Affairs Deputy (Prof. Dr. Ahmed S. Al-Araji) and Administrative Affairs Deputy (Dr. Ahmed S. Kareem) went to see the examination process and praised the continuous exerted efforts of the faculty and examination supervisors in managing and providing positive atmosphere for the students.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed S. Abdul-Amir, an academic staff member of the Computer Engineering Department reviewed a research paper entitled “Exploring the Whale Optimization Algorithm to Enhance Software Project Effort Estimation” for the 6th International Engineering Conference.
